a man was arrested on suspicion of his ninth dui violation in 6 years sunday night after he crashed his car in placentia, police said monday.shortly after 6 p.m., police officers were sent to a crash in the 100 block of south lakeview avenue. witnesses said a car had hit a pole and the driver was trying to run from the scene, said placentia police spokesman sgt. adam gloe.when the officers arrived, they found a car had hit a southern california edison electrical box and was resting on top of it with live wires underneath.officers arrested the driver, 52-year-old derek stacy haskayne, on suspicion of driving under the influence. they soon discovered haskayne had eight previous dui convictions in orange county since 2011, according to gloe.sunday’s dui is considered a felony because of the n
