it took a little while, but anthony duclair’s wish turned out to be the coyotes’ command.the 22-year-old forward felt arizona was an unhealthy environment for his career and asked to be traded.on wednesday, the coyotes sent duclair to the blackhawks with defenseman adam clendening in exchange for richard panik and minor-league center laurent dauphin.duclair said he needed a “change of scenery” and didn’t think the coyotes were a good fit for him.“i didn’t have the leash that others had,” duclair said. “not going to say it was unfair to me, but at the same time, talking to older guys on the team, they felt like i deserved better, and i thought so too.“it wasn’t a decision i made overnight. it dragged on for a while, but (i’m) happy to be here.”duclair said he was frustrated about being a healthy scratch 10 times this season. he found out about the trade wednesday after he landed from a trip to mexico during the coyotes’ week off. he will get some added rest next week, when the hawks have their week off.but for now, duclair will digest the hawks system slowly and see where he best fits in.he will play on the left side of the third line with alex debrincat and david kampf on friday night, when the hawks face the jets at the united center.duclair had nine goals and six assists in 33 games with the coyotes this season. he recorded 20 goals and 24 assists in 2015-16 but struggled last season. he had five goals and 10 assists in 58 games with the coyotes ...
